Meet Kristine

Hi, I'm Kristine Bragg, PhD.  I'm an educator, researcher, and wellness enthusiast with more than 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.  Growing up as a dancer, I always knew I wanted a career teaching others about the joy of movement.  While working as a group fitness instructor in college, I signed up for a Pilates training with a friend and never looked back!

After dedicating years to my education in exercise science and psychology and working with hundreds (maybe thousands?!) of students in all kinds of classrooms, I launched the Pilates by Kristine online platform.  My approach is inspired by the work of Joseph Pilates, an innovator in the physical fitness and holistic living space.  Looking forward to working with you soon.
