Adding workouts into a hectic day just got a whole lot easier. Classes in this program are divided into either 10 or 20 minutes, with one of each placed on the calendar each day.

Equipment
You'll want an exercise mat and a few sets of hand weights. Exercises are demonstrated using 2-10 lbs.
Level
Classes are taught to an intermediate level, with options to modify by changing the weight sizes.
It all adds up
Follow your choice of calendar options - 10 days, 4 weeks, or 6 weeks. Each schedule includes a balanced mix of strength work, Pilates flows, and a dash of cardio.
