Start each week a short and sweet full body flow.  Morning movement classes are simple and effective.  Just you, a mat, and 15 minutes.

Barre Express

Elevate your mood and your heart rate with fun, full body cardio.  Classes range from 15-30 minutes.  We rotate through a mix of bodyweight and props-based workouts for lots of variety.

Fusion Sculpt: Pilates + Strength

Targeted strength for the chest, shoulders, and triceps completed in 30 minutes.  Uses weights and rotates through additional props like resistance bands and foam blocks.

Full Body Strength Circuit

Putting the phase "finish strong" into action.  Choose between a 25- or 45-minute class to strengthen all major muscle groups using weights and additional equipment like benches and balls.

Hi, I'm
Dr. Kristine

I bring 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry to my program design and class instruction.  I'm a fully certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and corrective exercise specialist.  Connecting with clients across the globe fuels my passion for sharing approachable, effective workout programs!

How do I join?

All programs available through the studio are included for free when you join as a studio member. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions are available. Visit the membership page to sign-up.

What are the classes like?

All classes are fully guided just like a group fitness class. They are pre-recorded for access 24/7. Enjoy contemporary Pilates flows, strength training sets, and fusion circuits with a variety of props. 

How difficult are the classes?

Generally, the classes are taught to an intermediate level. Modifications are offered for beginner and advanced students. You don't need to be flexible, skilled or experienced. Just show up!

What is the time commitment?

Classes are placed on the calendar six days per week. The classes range from 10 to 45 minutes. Select workouts have different length options to fit your busy schedule.

Do I need special equipment to join this challenge?

Many of the classes can be done with either your bodyweight or using different sizes of hand weights.  I love using props in my classes, too! Each week, we'll add in at least two workouts with props, cycling through a range of options. This includes resistance bands, balls, foam blocks, the magic circle, and foam roller. It's helpful to own a few different props, but you can easily skip or swap workouts for props you don't own. Visit my Props Shop page for equipment recommendations.

Can I do other types of exercise while joining this program?

If you follow the full weekly schedule, you'll get the recommended 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise for health promotion and chronic disease prevention. I also highly recommend adding brisk walking, jogging, biking, or other leisure activities to encourage more healthy movement in your day.
