What is the program?

The Summer Crush challenge is here to motivate you to stay active all season long.  The format includes four different workout themes: focus, flex, sweat, and calm.  The variety of class styles ensure you get a fully balanced workout routine every week.

How do I participate in the program?

Become a Pilates by Kristine subscriber.  There are monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription plans available.  Cancel or pause your membership anytime with one click.

How challenging are the workouts?

The workouts are taught to an intermediate level.  Modifications are made available whenever possible to add or reduce intensity/difficulty.

What is the time commitment?

The schedule includes daily workouts (5x per week) that range from 20-30 minutes.  There is a 4-week calendar to follow with no repeat workouts! Feel free to complete the challenge 2 or 3 times through.

Does the challenge have an official start date?

We'll officially kick things off on July 8th, but you can start any day that you want.  This program will always be available to Pilates by Kristine subscribers.

What if I don't have all the equipment listed?

That's okay! Just swap in a class that uses props you have or see if you can use a different prop in place of the one listed.
